AND CONDO'S IN MAMMOTH LAKES

LET'S FIND YOUR DREAM PROPERTY TOGETHER

A woman is sitting at a desk with a laptop and a vase of flowers.

Hi, I'mDee!

I believe real estate is about more than buying or selling a property - it’s about helping people live the dream.

Since beginning my career in real estate, I’ve had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers navigate the Mammoth Lakes market and turn their real estate goals into reality.

My clients come back to me time and again because they know they can count on me for honest information, valuable insight, creative and strategic negotiation, and, most importantly, consistency. I take pride in being someone my clients can trust to pay attention to the details, communicate clearly, and see the process through from start to finish.

I’m proud to be part of Mammoth Realty Group (MRG) and to work alongside Stephanie Cook as a team member serving the Mammoth Lakes area. Working together allows us to provide our clients with knowledge, experience, and personalized attention every step of the way.

Whether you’re looking to purchase your own piece of the mountains, sell a property, or make Mammoth Lakes your home, my goal is to make the experience as smooth, rewarding, and successful as possible.

I’m here to help you make the most of every moment...with precise attention to detail, experience, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to your success.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

A pair of black quotation marks on a white background.

Our experience purchasing a luxury second home in Mammoth with Dee Ward was incredible and we could not be happier.  Our initial on-site

viewing of the home was during the biggest snowstorm of the 2020/2021

season in Mammoth.  This process was all done remote and stressful, but Dee was extremely thoughtful, energetic, and responsive, guiding us through this entire process.  She gently nudged us when we needed to be nudged and was dogged determined in fighting for us. She was honest when she did not have an immediate answer; researched, and got back to us quickly. Once the sale was complete, she continues to be accessible to us for a variety of questions as well as recommendations for services in the

area, even months after the sale. All of this happened during the

height of Covid-19 which was stressful for all. Thank you Dee!
